We work best when you already have a supplier or shortlist. Supplier search can be scoped separately, but we never hide factory identities or depend on factory commissions.
Do you take commission from the supplier?+
No. Our standard model is buyer-paid fixed service fees. We do not accept undisclosed supplier kickbacks.
Can you guarantee a supplier is safe?+
No verification service can eliminate commercial risk. We verify facts within scope, identify inconsistencies and unknowns, and help you decide what should happen next.
Can you verify certificates such as CE, FCC or UL?+
We can review supplied documents for identity and consistency and coordinate with qualified testing or certification bodies when needed. ToTrust does not represent itself as an accredited laboratory or certification authority.
Can you inspect outside North China?+
Yes. Projects elsewhere can be executed through vetted local field resources under ToTrust scope, evidence and reporting standards.
Should I pay the supplier through ToTrust?+
Normally, no. Buyers pay suppliers directly. ToTrust charges separately for professional services.
How quickly can you start?+
Desktop reviews can usually be scoped quickly once we have the supplier information. On-site timing depends on location and supplier coordination, and a confirmed schedule is provided before payment.
